Are you planning to visit Wonders of Wool in Wellington next Saturday 4 May?
Well, then you have come to the right place. I'm so excited about going down
so I have decided to share that excitement with you!
At Wonders of Wool one person will get a FREE skein of yarn!
PLUS I will give one lucky customer 25% discount on that day’s purchase!
PLUS the first 10 customers on the day will get a wee gift!
All you have to do go in the draw for the free yarn or the 25% discount is to leave a comment below with your full name and let me know what you are the most excited about in the Happy-go-knitty range.
On Friday 3 May at 9pm I will draw 2 random lucky people from the list of comments and they will be revealed on my table at Wonders of Wool.
So come around to check if you are the lucky winner! And if you're an
early bird you could get one of the wee gifts.
See you in Wellington next weekend!
(Note the prizes will only be available on Saturday 4 May at Wonders of Wool.)

More stripy socks and new yarn
Remember the yarn I dyed for Kiwiyarns a while ago? She has finished her socks now and they look fab!!
Made of Happy-go-knitty self-striping BFL sock yarn.
Today was ANZAC day here in NZ. What can you do on an extra day off work? Dye yarn of course! This was the last dye lot before I go to Wonders of Wool next weekend. I will bring heaps of stock!
Here are some samples of the new skeins.

Wonders of Wool
Next Friday I will take 3 huge suitcases jam packed with yarn, Knit Kits and knitted goodies and board the plane to Wellington.
Why?
Well, next Saturday it's time for the annual Wonders of Wool at Wellington Underground Markets. If you are a 'yarnie' – it's the place to be!
Excited much? Yup!

New stripy wool
I have dyed new self-striping merino/silk/nylon sock yarn. These beauties are coming with me to the new market in Browns Bay this Saturday. I hope the weather picks up cause it's outdoors!

Beautiful blues
I received an email from Mia, who has knitted both self-striping and colour changing socks with Happy-go-knitty yarn. Pretty cool, I reckon!

Yummy, stripy socks
My daughter loves green and purple. She has asked me for a pair of stripy socks so when I dyed the ones for Kiwiyarns, I dyed a skein for her as well.
Lucky her clever auntie MiA is here for a visit, since I don't knit socks!
They're pretty yummy, or what do you think!
