12ply at OFCS

The new on-line market Oh, For Crafts’ Sake is a big success
with 278 ‘likers’ the day after it opened!

I added more stock to my ‘market table’ today,
lots of yummy 12ply core spun wool.

Beautiful, colourful day

It’s been a warm and sunny day today
– perfect for dyeing yarn!

Tomorrow I will do blues, greens and purples.

I hope your day was colourful too.

Going South

Well, not me in person, but the wonderful 12ply core spun wool
will arrive in the South Island in a couple of days!

The lovely Kirsty from Sew Pretty has taken on my yarn.
She will take them to the big Dunkley’s Craft Fairs so put
these dates in your calendar:

Christchurch, 19–21 August
Dunedin, 26–28 August

These are the 20 skeins that are on their way. Head over to Dunkley’s
and have a squish and see how wonderfully soft they are!

And soon peeps, they will arrive in Wellington as well!
Stay tuned.

...and now in colour

I have dyed the 12ply core spun wool – aren’t they just delicious?
Knitted on needles 10–12mm it’s enough for a super soft scarf!
